On January 16, 2006, a joint meeting was held between MIHS, the Greater Detroit ASSE, and the CHMM Michigan Chapter. There were 34 attendees, and the meeting was held at the Italian Epicure in Novi. The topic was, "Everything You Wanted to Know About Professional Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Certification
Credentials But Were Afraid to Ask."

Each of the following presenters provided a brief overview of certification requirements and of the certification process for their respective professional credential.
